Sauna Night 🪵🌿🔥 with Rita

Across three guided sauna rounds, aromatic infusions are combined with traditional birch and oak veniks. Some parts are contact-free, while others gently bring the veniks directly onto the body in the traditional banya style. Between the guided rounds, the space opens into a free-flow sauna experience with cold plunges, ambient music, quiet moments, and space for connection. There’s nothing to perform and no interaction expected. Connection is welcome, but never required. Meet Rita Rita is the founder of Feel Deeper and a body-based therapist and facilitator with years of experience in yoga, sound healing and traditional Slavic banya rituals. Note: This event follows our Open Coworking Day. If you’re already spending the day at Futura House, it’s the perfect transition from work mode into warmth and rest. Towels can also be rented at the venue for €3. The sauna is textile-free. If you prefer more coverage, you’re welcome to wrap yourself in an additional towel. Open to both men and women. Respectful and mindful behavior is essential. This is an alcohol- and substance-free event. Health & Safety Please make sure you don’t have allergies to the herbs or plants used.
