CLARITY AT CROSSROADS : Soundbath Meditation & Vocal

CLARITY AT CROSSROADS Element AIR · Soundbath & Grounding What happens when you find yourself at a crossroads? CLARITY AT CROSSROADS Element AIR · Soundbath, Grounding & Gentle Movement There are moments in life when we find ourselves at a crossroads. A place between what was and what is yet to come. Between staying and moving. Between the familiar and the unknown. Sometimes we want to know which way to go before we take the next step. But perhaps clarity doesn’t always come from thinking harder. Perhaps it comes when we become quiet enough to listen. This October, I want to explore the element of AIR through the qualities of spaciousness, breath, movement, lightness and inner clarity. And at the heart of this evening is Hecate — the ancient guardian of crossroads and thresholds. Not as someone who tells us which path to choose, but as a symbol of the inner light we can carry with us when the way ahead is not yet clear. CLARITY AT CROSSROADS This evening is an invitation to pause at your own crossroads. To create space between thoughts. To listen beneath the noise. To reconnect with what you already know within. Perhaps clarity is not about having all the answers. Perhaps it is simply knowing what feels true for you — one breath, one step at a time.
