Dance & Connect Workshop in Berlin A welcoming movement workshop to reconnect with your body, explore feminine expression through dance, and meet other women in a relaxed and supportive environment. Through guided exercises and feminine movement inspired by pop, commercial and dancehall styles, we'll explore confidence, body awareness and feminine expression, ending with a short choreography. Everything is guided step by step, with space to move in your own way. No previous dance experience is needed 🤍 Date: Saturday, October 3Location: Dolce Vita Dance Studio, Lindower Str. 18, 13347 Berlin · Room 2Dance session: 12:00 – 1:30 PMLunch or coffee: from 1:30 PM onwards, nearby What to expect– Guided body connection exercises– Feminine and expressive movement– A simple choreography– A relaxed, supportive space to move freely– Space to meet and connect with other women After the workshop, we'll head somewhere nearby for lunch or coffee. You're welcome to join for as long as you'd like. It's a chance to keep connecting, chat and get to know each other beyond the dance. Good to know The workshop will be held in English Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start together on time The studio can get warm, so wear light, comfortable clothing that you feel good moving in The session is barefoot, but socks or dance shoes are also welcome if you prefer Bring some water Feel free to bring a journal and something to write with for a short reflection during the session.
