🛝 The Playground takes over Berlins biggest Hyrox training club. 🛝 As we continue to prepare for the next races we will take on the official Hyrox conditioning test It’s an standardised fitness test that measures your current fitness levels and current Hyrox capacity to help you set a benchmark and gives you a set score and areas to work on. (It’s a much more complete test compared to the previous PFT ) Everyone will input their results in a score card and received your personalised results. (The gym it’s a little outside the city but I promise you it’s worth the trip, it’s HUGE and has super cool equipment.)
