Feel Good Yoga at LITTLE SISTER's loft in Neustadt is a community class focused on mindful Vinyasa-Hatha transitions and music-driven movement. Doors Open: 18:45 Class Starts: 19:00 Cost: Donation-based (Recommended: 10 Euro) If you want to participate, please have the following in mind: Bring a Yoga Mat: The loft does not provide extra mats. No Changing Rooms: A bathroom is available for quick changes, but it is highly recommended to arrive already dressed in your yoga gear. The Vibe: Diyana brings a fun, mindful and uplifting approach to yoga. Participants describe leaving the class feeling either "grounded, inspired, ready" or "energized, nurtured, centered".
