Grampian Regional Equality Council presents Roots, Resilience and Renewal

Race, Culture, Mental Health and the Things We Carry Welcome to Join Us in this Exploratory workshop on a Discovery Journey to Explore within the Selves, through our Individual Paths on Mind, Body and Roots on the Developing, Evolving Identities, Cultures and Mental Wellbeing. What is The Nook? The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment. Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about. Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week. The Nook is a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. When visiting/participating I agree to treat everyone facilitating and attending this event with respect. I understand that inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour may result in me being asked to leave and may affect my ability to attend future events.
