Yoga at Haddo House

Ali will guide you through the perfect combination of mind and body movement-based practice. This class will be a gentle meditative pace, including traditional sun salutations and hatha yoga poses which will be held longer, emphasising peace and calm as we enjoy practicing in the beauty of Haddo's estate. You will be guided through this practice with breathwork, allowing you to connect with your breath with each intentional slow flow movement. What to bring Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and blanket. Additional props may be supplied. How to find Haddo House Use the postcode AB41 7LE - anything else will lead you the wrong way! Please leave yourself plenty of time so you can arrive calm & ready for the class. We suggest an extra 20 mins, to accommodate Haddo's long entrance drive, parking (Pay & Display), and walking from the carpark to the Peatyards building which is to the left of the courtyard cafe at Haddo House.
