Unwind and recharge and come home to your magical self – a relaxed magical retreat, soothing you with healing inspired by the elements COMING HOME TO YOU - Return To Rest An afternoon retreat of rest and re-connection to your magical self Restore your energy, reconnect with your body and rediscover the parts of yourself that have been waiting patiently beneath the exhaustion of everyday life. Set in the beautiful healing space of Indigo Spring, Yateley, this nurturing retreat aims to connect you to elemental practices to help you feel nourished and nurtured. After all the support you give to everyone else, is it time to spend an afternoon looking after you? Be gently reconnected with your confidence, joy and inner calm, through gentle practices inspired by earth, air, fire and water, to be guided home to a sense of safety, support and inner magic that exists within you, when you pause to pay attention. Take time for you and join us for a magical afternoon reimagining rest. The day will include: • Soothing Sound Bath - let the healing sound and music wash over you and sing a sense of rest into your bones • Supportive Sisterhood Circle - space to be heard - with your stories - or your silence • If the weather is fair, we'll have a fire outside to release our worries into the flames - if poor weather prevents a fire, we'll have a fire ceremony of sorts to let our worries go. • Exploring reflection (optional journaling) and a deep meditative journey with shamanic drumming • Singing to the elements - Morag will share folk songs from around the British Isles and ones that she has crafted to involve you in a gentle freeing form of song, to lift your spirit and enliven your soul. Whether you are feeling burnt out, disconnected, overwhelmed or simply in need of nurturing space for yourself, this retreat offers a gentle invitation to pause, breathe and remember who you are beneath the noise.
