Join us for a unique fitness experience designed to strengthen both body and spirit. FaithFuelled is a welcoming, energising workout open to all fitness levels, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge. This monthly session combines movement, motivation, and faith — with uplifting Christian music, encouraging Bible verses, and a supportive community atmosphere. You can go at your own pace, with modifications provided throughout so everyone feels comfortable and challenged at their level. Why Faith Fuelled? The idea is rooted in biblical principles that encourage us to care for both our physical and spiritual wellbeing. The Bible reminds us: "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Exercise isn't just about physical strength — it's about discipline, perseverance, and stewardship of the bodies we've been given.
