Group Forest Therapy Session

Come along to this group forest bathing session held in a beautiful public woodland between Bath and Chippenham, for a chance to rest and unwind as we come into the Autumn season. Expect nature connection practices, meaningful conversations and welcoming space to relax and reflect. No experience of forest bathing or mindfulness practices needed - everyone is welcome! This is a pay-as-you-feel session, which aims to make this wellness practice as accessible as possible. You can decide what price feels right for you; no evidence will be required. It is reasonably quiet here, but we cannot promise uninterrupted peace as in our other sessions in private woodlands. Also please note that there are no toilets on site. Wild wees encouraged!
