Bringing the city together for a special event in Kingsmead Square... Join us for an evening of movement, connection and awareness as we bring the South West community together for five local mental health charities & incredible clubs in the area. We’ll be joined by friends from across Bath, Bristol, Saltford, Midsomer Norton, Keynsham, Trowbridge and beyond. These communities do incredible things for people’s physical and mental wellbeing, and we’re excited to bring everyone together. Come for a walk, a sociable run or simply a catch up. Everyone’s welcome. What to expect: • Meet at 6:30pm in Kingsmead Square • Optional walk or run starting at 6:45pm • 3km and 5km route options • Walking and running groups at sociable paces • Music, local food, drinks and community connection until closing time • All ages, abilities and experience levels welcome Not running? No worries friends and family can stay and enjoy Kingsmead Square while the groups are out. You don’t need to take part in the walk or run to join the evening. After event costs 50% of the profits will be shared between Bath Mind, Off the Record, Boys in Mind, Talk Club and Samaritans & 50% will support BFF’s free community sessions and help make future events possible. About BFF BFF is built around community, collaboration and connection. We deliver 134 free, accessible movement sessions a year, supported by volunteers. This includes our Couch to Confident programme, which runs three times a year and helps people who may not feel able or confident enough to get active. It’s about building confidence, finding connection and discovering what’s possible, at your own pace. Taking part safely Please choose a distance and pace that suits you, follow the organisers’ guidance and take care of yourself and others. You are responsible for your belongings, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Every pace has its place 💕
