RESET YOURSELF - Mental Health Improvement Course (7 weeks)

Designed and led by a psychotherapist, join us in person for seven weeks of practical tools, psycho-education and ideas to reset yourself. RESET YOURSELF Join us in-person for a fantastic 7-week course and make space to focus on your wellbeing. Small group (max 5) meeting on a Tuesday starting on November 3rd. Weekly modules covering: 1. Refocus yourself - Intro to the course, the approach and the concept of Attention (03 Nov) 2. Rebuild your foundations - Your basic support structure (10 Nov) 3. Reconnect to your body – Monitor your nervous system (24 Nov) 4. Recalibrate your habits – Modify your nervous system (01 Dec) 5. Review your mind - Understand your thinking (08 Dec) 6. Reset your story - Adapt your thinking (15 Dec) 7. Reclaim your environment - External and internal influences (22 Dec) Audience: those with, or caring for those with, a mild to moderate mental wellbeing need. Aim: to help you understand your emotional health better and be empowered to make changes. How: It includes neuroscience, therapeutic strategies, calming techniques and a whole host of accessible exercises and learning. Who: delivered by a highly experienced and accredited Psychotherapist
