Rhythm of Dust : Yoga and Sound Bath

A dreamy spell awaits you in this afternoon of restorative yoga and soothing sound waves, deeply nourish your body and soul. Phoebe Prideaux and Sasa Zola present Rhythm Of Dust : Yoga & Sound Bath We invite you to make a wish and meditate on your own dreamy spell… Join us in this afternoon of restorative yoga and soothing sound waves, deeply nourishing your body and soul. Guided by Phoebe, we will move through an embodied yoga practice, accompanied by Sasa’s healing Sounds. We will move gently in our yoga practice, encouraging you to honour the flowing rhythm of your own body & breath. Then, like stardust settling, simply come down to the earth. Allow yourself to be held and receive the ancient wisdom and power of sound whilst your body is supported by restorative poses and yoga nidra (guided breath). Together, we invite you to be submerged in the magic which is lovingly crafted, regulating your nervous system and cultivating connections. There will also be the opportunity, if you'd like, to pull an Oracle card and chat deeper about the wisdom and what has come up for you. We welcome you, however you come!
