Talking Matrescence - Time for reflection for mothers with young children.

Mothers with children in nursery age (1 - 5 years) are invited to a guided conversation. When a baby is born, a mother is born too. This beautiful, messy, and profound identity shift is called matrescence—the physical, emotional, and psychological transition into motherhood. Yet, while standard prenatal and postnatal care focuses heavily on the baby, the massive transformation of the woman carrying the baby is often left in the dark. This event is a dedicated space just for you. It is an evening designed to honour your growth, validate your complex feelings, and provide you with a supportive community of women navigating the exact same season of life. • Guided Reflection & Journaling: Take a rare, uninterrupted moment to pause, process your emotions, and check in with yourself. • Community Connection: Connect with other local mothers in an open, judgment-free space who also have children between the age of 1 - 5 years. • Inspring Location: The event space is The Oval room of Coppa Club's townhouse. The room offers a vibrant yet intimate backdrop that perfectly complements the warmth of a matrescence gathering with a bit of Art Deco revival glamour.
