Women's Wind Down: Sauna, Hot Tub and Journaling

Unwind with the women’s crew in the sauna and hot tub, then relax and journal together. Join us for a beautiful evening of relaxation, reflection and connection. We'll begin with a gentle journaling session, giving you time to pause, clear your mind and reconnect with yourself. Then it's time to unwind at your own pace, whether you're soaking in the hot tub, relaxing in the warmth of the sauna or embracing the invigorating cold plunge. We'll finish the evening gathered around the fire pit with a cuppa and a slice of cake, enjoying cosy conversations, laughter and the simple pleasure of good company. Three hours dedicated to you, a chance to switch off, recharge and ease into the weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed.
