Meditation Club & Coffee - Southbourne Beach

Weekly social - guided meditation, coffee & conversation by the sea. Fresh ocean breeze and warm cosy blanket - a perfect combo! 🌊☀️✨ Join our weekly meet-up at Sobo Beach to explore guided meditation, learn with an experienced practitioner and connect with like-minded people. With your guide’s voice in your ears and the sea in front of you, take a little time away from everyday distractions. Each week, we’ll explore different meditation techniques, helping you discover what works for you and build a routine you look forward to. Get curious about your mind, explore ways to soften the constant chatter, and discover the power of awareness: noticing your thoughts without having to follow every one. New to meditation? Mind always busy? You’re welcome exactly as you are. You don’t need to know how to meditate or arrive feeling calm. Just put the headphones on and listen. Come on your own or bring a friend.
