A nourishing half-day autumn retreat with grounding Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and Yin Yoga to help you feel balanced and grounded Autumn is a season of change. As the days become cooler, and more unsettled, Ayurveda teaches that the qualities of Vata naturally begin to increase. During this time, we may notice feeling more scattered, restless, anxious or fatigued as we transition into a new season. Join me for a nourishing half-day retreat inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda. As a qualified Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and yoga teacher, I will share practical Ayurvedic guidance to help you feel grounded, supported and in harmony with the season.
