A mat based Pilates style session run by Nai. followed by a sauna session with organic salt scrub and face mask. Ending with Brunch Join us for this Nature Based Session of outdoor mat based pilates with Nai. If the weather is kind we will be outdoors, if raining we will have suitable cover! We are in a unique location beneath Ditchling Beacon with uninterrupted views.

After this session, you will head to the Sauna for 45 minutes further relaxation and chat. There will be organic salt scrub and clay mask for the full outdoor spa experience To end you will gather for Tea, Coffee and Pastries from the amazing Iris Bakery.
