Parent Carer Wellness Day

A relaxed day for parents carers to recharge, connect, & enjoy a little time for themselves. A light lunch will be included for attendees. An in-person event for parents carers to take time to focus on your wellbeing and enjoy a day of therapy taster sessions. The day will include refreshments and a light lunch for all attendees. Treatments on offer - • Auricular acupuncture by Beth from Aurelia Wellness https://www.aureliawellness.co.uk/ A gentle ear acupuncture treatment offering a quiet space to pause, rest and reconnect. Auricular acupuncture can support restorative balance, weight management, women's health & menopause, mental health & neurodiversity and pain management. • Henna body art by Bisha from Henna Cambridge https://www.instagram.com/hennacambridge/ Enjoy the relaxing treatment of receiving a henna body art tattoo. All henna used is natural henna paste containing natural essential oils and ingredients; however, it is unsuitable to offer henna to anyone with known allergies or skin sensitivities. For anyone receiving henna for the first time, a patch test will be offered 10 minutes ahead of their slot (a small dot on the wrist). • Aroma essential oils workshop by Karen from Stillness Within https://www.stillness-within.com/ Explore the incredible world of aromatherapy. Learn how to harness the natural healing properties of essential oils, creating your own blends to enhance your well-being. This type of event is always extremely popular! Place allocation will be after Monday 2nd November so please keep an eye on your emails as if you are allocated a place, it is imperative that you accept/decline a.s.a.p.
