Essex Soul Care: Winter Healing & Reiki Workshop With Suzy & Maria

Restore, align and nourish your energy with yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, essential oils and group reiki as winter arrives. Feeling the pull to slow down as the nights draw in? Join Suzy and Maria for a grounding, restorative afternoon at Thaxted Wellness Hub to reconnect with yourself and set intentions for the winter months. What happens: yin yoga, an introduction to the chakras, essential oil magic, breathwork, meditation, group reiki and time to reflect. Led by Suzy Bastone, emotional intimacy and holistic coach, and Maria Brown, Reiki Master and aromatherapist. How it can help: slow breathing, gentle movement and deep rest can help ease tension and leave you feeling grounded, calm and clear. Come as you are, no experience needed, and everything is provided. Spaces are limited to keep the setting intimate and supportive, so book early to reserve your spot. Prefer to avoid Eventbrite booking fees?
