Be one of the first through the doors of Tai Afon's brand-new gym, kicking off with an Open House Pilates session led by @orenwellness. Stretch, strengthen and reset, no experience necessary. Stick around after to explore the new space, meet your neighbours, and refuel with pastries and matcha. Easy energy, good stretches, better company. Come as you are, mat provided (or bring your own). Spaces are limited, so please only sign up if you are sure you are able to attend.
