A fun, healthy afternoon spent learning and moving, in the company of other likeminded ladies. ~30 minute expert guided small-group strength class focused on upper body & core, with correct form taught throughout so you can continue the exercises at home ~30 minute expert led discussion on understanding and managing the stress response, covering areas like social occasions, heat, sleep, mood and unwanted weight gain The talk content will be guided by the group's responses to the pre event questionnaire - addressing the areas of stress & mood that you would like to learn most about Opportunity to get direct advice on health questions you're tackling Suitable for all ability levels, no experience necessary The location is in Newport at a wonderful women-owned yoga studio: Hot Yoga Health. It has ample parking and is a short walk from the train station. You'll leave with: - A sense of accomplishment from ending your week with some mood lifting exercise and new tips on better stress management - New skills for building strength in your arms, back and core which you can perform from home or the gym - Post-class snacks in the form of protein-rich and hormone-supporting bites - A smile on your face, a laugh with likeminded ladies :)
