A deeply relaxing and soothing Sound Bath to celebrate the turning of the wheel, from Summer to Autumn. Join Claire from Flow Yoga for a deeply immersive Sound Bath. A space to relax, release and realign through the healing vibrations of tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other beautiful instruments. This session is marking the turning of the wheel from Summer to Autumn. Day and night are in perfect balance and the final stages of the harvest are complete. Celebrating Mabon, the second harvest of the year. A restorative sound journey where nature’s rythems tie to our very own wheel of the year. what to bring... A yoga mat, blanket, cushion. Whatever you need to keep you warm and comfortable. A chair if you prefer to be seated. A drink Spots are limited so please book your spot in advance. Sound baths are not suitable for those with severe mental health issues, those in the first trimester of pregnancy and those with sound sensitive epilepsy.
