You will begin with Sapranah Yoga, moving the body to create space and encourage release, incorporating a short shaking meditation before settling into balancing prāṇāyāma. From here, Clizia will guide you through 45 minutes of Kundalini kriyas, using movement, breath, mantra and chanting to explore equilibrium and recalibrate. Finally, movement gives way to pratyāhāra, the withdrawal of the senses, allowing you to turn inward, receive and integrate everything that has moved through you. At the heart of this year's practice is Ardhanārīśvara, the sacred composite form of Śiva and Pārvatī, expressing the inseparability of Śiva and Śakti and the non-duality of the divine. At Viṣuva, we explore this not as perfect balance or opposing forces fighting for position, but as relationship: movement and stillness, activity and receptivity, different expressions belonging to the same whole. At Sapranah Surya we honoured the Sun. Now we turn towards Chandra, the Moon, gathering beneath a waxing Moon approaching the Harvest Full Moon just three days later. Sapranah moves with the seasons and the great cycles of time. This is where we are in the cycle of 2026: solar yielding towards lunar, the season turning inward, and Chandra moving towards fullness. The moon never competes with the sun. She receives his light, makes it her own, and illuminates the darkness with a completely different kind of strength. We complete our evening together with shared nourishment: a beautiful caffeine-free infusion of herbs indigenous to our land, alongside Ayurvedic food created around the principle of balance.
