Come and learn about Hypnobirthing and allow yourself to be introduced to to some tips to preparing for a comfortable birth. Hypnobirthing Taster Workshop Come join us at Riverside Family Hub for a relaxing birth preparation taster session of Hypnobirthing! Learn techniques to help prepare you for a calm and comfortable birthing. Your birth partner is welcome to attend and you must book a ticket for each of you. These sessions are perfect pregnancy beyond 24 weeks gestation. The tips and tricks shared can support you in preparing for a vaginal or ceasarean birth. There is a range of activities that you will be led through and a follow up to digital resources will be provided as part of thie workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, your baby and share tips and experiences. Don't miss out on this special event designed to help you and your baby relax and prepare for a positive birth expereince.
