Celebrate the turning of the year and welcome the autumn season with woodland yoga. Join me in the woodland roundhouse to mark the turning of the seasons with two hours of yoga, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Under the canopy of trees we will enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all around us. Then we'll light the fire and share hot drinks and food (I'll bring some bread, cheese and salad but feel free to bring something along to share).
