Group Relaxation Hypnosis

Join me for a guided Group Relaxation Hypnosis session and give yourself some well deserved time to relax. Take a step back from the running up before Christmas preparations, quieten your busy mind, and step into the holiday season feeling calmer and more refreshed. This is a cosy, welcoming evening created especially for you to slow down, let go of the day's stresses, and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. We'll begin with a short introduction where I'll explain a little about how our stress response works and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help us manage stress, and move towards our goals. Then, it's time to settle in and unwind with around 40 minutes of guided relaxation. You don't need any previous experience. Simply get comfortable, listen to my voice, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, finding it difficult to switch off, or simply looking for a peaceful moment in the run-up to Christmas, this is your invitation to pause and recharge. Take somtime to taking care of yourself. Please bring blanket and cushion or pillow, water. Please wear comfortable closing. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring in yours.
