Knees and hips Workshop and Sound Bath

Discover your knees & hips through simple anatomy, strengthening yoga and a deeply relaxing sound bath. Join us for a supportive 2-hour workshop dedicated to understanding, moving and caring for your knees and hips. Following the success of our Foot Workshop, we’re moving up the body to explore two of our most important joint complexes. The afternoon will include a 30-minute accessible anatomy talk, looking at how the knees and hips work, common issues that can affect them, and why strength, mobility and regular movement are so important. We’ll then enjoy a 1-hour yoga-based practice, exploring movements designed to develop strength, mobility, stability and greater awareness of the knees and hips. The session will be suitable for different abilities, with modifications offered where needed. We’ll finish with a 30-minute relaxing sound bath, giving you time to rest, unwind and allow the body and mind to settle. No detailed knowledge of anatomy or advanced yoga experience is needed — just curiosity about your body and a willingness to move. Move • Strenghten • Support
