Make Your Own Stress Ball

The perfect opportunity to meet other neurodivergent people as you create your own stress ball This is the ultimate neurodivergent craft session. For many of us, unmasking involves stimming. It relieves stress, enhances focus and helps us to process sensory input. Yet, lots of us don’t actually own any items which help us to stim. At this event, you can choose from a range of fillings and designs to create your very own stress ball. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know other neurodivergent people, unmask and have some fun. All materials will be provided, just bring yourself :)
