Beneath the cold, still ground, seeds lie quietly, gathering their strength before the return of the light. Nothing in nature rushes to bloom in January. Yet the new year often arrives with pressure to do more, change fast and push forward. This afternoon sound bath offers a different way to begin. An invitation to slow down, drop into the depth of rest and allow the mind, body and spirit to restore before the new cycle begins. Held within the healing vibrations of [singing bowls, gongs and chimes], you will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, where the body can let go, the mind can quieten and your energy can return to balance. From this place of stillness, clarity and intention can arise naturally.
