November full moon Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation - November Supermoon Join us in person for a soothing sound bath to mark Novembers 'Beaver' full moon, also a Supermoon. The Supermoon will be emerging and in almost full golden glory. European folklore has named it the Beaver moon as this is when Beavers finish building their winter dams and settle in their lodgesfor the winter weather. Come and nestle down with us for an hour of relaxation, designed to help you unwind and melt away stress. Let the calming vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle instruments wash over you, guiding you to a place of pure relaxation and calm. 🥣 Begin with 10 minutes of guided coherent breathing to help slow the breath and centre the mind. Then unwind to 50 minutes of gentle soothing musical sounds including gong and healing crystal bowls. You will be brought back from your deep relaxation gently with the chime of Tibetan bowls, giving you time to recentre with a newly balanced brain-body connection. 🎶 A Sound Bath is a full body experience designed to promote deep relaxation in the mind, calming the nervous system and encouraging physical and emotional healing. 🧘🧘 Bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on and a cushion for extra comfort.
