Unplug Together; Autumn Rest Room for Women

Unwind & Restore with guided rest, sound bath and space to think Unplug Together; Autumn Rest Room for Women A little space to stop, breathe out and put everything down for a while. The Rest Room is a gentle 75-minute evening for women who carry a lot, move at pace, look after everyone else, or simply feel ready for a bit of space. We’ll start by slowing things down before moving into guided rest (yoga nidra)accompanied by a sound bath. There’ll also be a little room to think, reflect or simply be quiet. Think of it as putting your bags down for 75 minutes. A chance to step away from the noise, the lists, the decisions and everything you hold to give your mind and body a bit of breathing room. What to expect • Time to arrive and settle • Guided deep rest • A soothing sound bath • Space to think and reflect • No pressure to share or talk What to bring Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillows so you can get properly comfortable, plus a notebook and pen for any thoughts or reflections you might want to capture. A note about timing The session starts at 7pm, so please allow time for parking and arriving. A note about the sound bath Sound baths may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker or implanted electrical device, significant sound sensitivity, or are experiencing an acute or serious mental health condition. If you’re unsure, please check with your healthcare professional before attending. Come and put it all down for a bit. Briony x
