Wild Wellbeing days at Foxburrow

Join us at Foxburrow and take time for yourself in nature to recharge and benefit from nature connectivity Take time out, connect with nature and boost your wellbeing at one of your local hidden gems. Join us at Foxburrow Nature Reserve for a free day of facilitated activities; meet new people and discover the positive impact that spending time in nature can have on your wellbeing. This opportunity has been fully funded by the East Suffolk Council Community Partnership for the Framlingham, Wickham Market, Kelsale, Yoxford and villages area. On the day, please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activity, and bring a drink and a packed lunch. We appreciate it may be more difficult for some to get to Foxburrow so free transport is available from Wickham Market Square (Market Hill) to Foxburrow (getting there and back). If this would be useful, please let us know when booking. If you are coming from further afield the transport company might be able to help, so please still enquire if you would like transport but live further away.
