The Festive Reset

A moment to pause, unwind and deeply rest. Escape the festive chaos and immerse yourself in a restorative sound healing journey. Join me for The Festive Reset, a deeply nourishing sound healing journey, created as a space to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself amidst the busyness of the festive season. We’ll begin with gentle somatic release, creating space to let go of tension and held energy within the body. This will lead into an immersive sound journey using alchemy crystal singing bowls, before moving into a period of deep, restorative rest. Christmas can be a time of joy, but also one of endless demands, busy schedules and mental overwhelm. This is your invitation to step away from it all, put down the to-do list and give yourself permission to simply be. To pause. To breathe. To receive. To rest. We will finish with tea and there will be an opportunity to gather around the fire-pit outside. Yoga mats, blankets and pillows will be provided. Please bring anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable. A note on wellbeing Sound is not suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, pregnancy and some medications may be contraindications. If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether this experience is suitable for you, please check with your GP or healthcare professional before attending.
