Sound Journeys Candlelit Gong Bath Meditation (Abbotts Ann) - 16th October

Join Hampshire Gong/Bowl Practitioner Shaun, and step into a soothing sanctuary of sound and vibration, purely by candlelight A warm welcome to Sound Journeys Gong Bath Meditations. My name is Shaun Bessant and I look forward to welcoming you to my friendly sound healing session. I am a qualified gong & bowl practitioner and also a tutor for The College of Sound Healing (UK). I have been facilitating wonderful gong baths for over ten years. Bringing healing experience, relaxation and creating a beautiful range and depth of vibrational sounds. I will begin the session with a breath meditation, to encourage you to make a connection with yourself. Moving into a soothing sound bath to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages while improving mood, mental clarity, focus and calm. I use an eclectic mix of instruments to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing. Logistics: This is a 60-minute session. Free parking outside the venue. Location: Abbotts Ann War Memorial Hall, 40 Duck St, Abbotts Ann, Andover SP11 7AZ Please bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, water and an eye mask if you have one. Please wear comfy clothes and bring additional items as required e.g., bolster for under your knees.
