The Return | Mindful Flow Yoga Class This weekly class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and create space for yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life. This class weaves together mindful Hatha yoga, gentle flowing movement and restorative postures, balancing moments of movement with moments of stillness and rest. Through a steady, accessible practice, you'll have the opportunity to build strength, explore your mobility and develop a deeper awareness of your body. Alongside the physical practice, we'll explore pranayama (yogic breathwork), meditation and mantra, introducing simple techniques to support relaxation, cultivate inner calm and deepen your connection with yourself. These are tools you can take beyond the yoga mat and weave into your everyday life. Whether you're looking to move your body, quieten a busy mind, discover something new or simply carve out some time for yourself, this class offers space to explore yoga in a way that feels right for you. Every posture can be adapted to meet your body where it is, allowing you to practise at your own pace, honour your needs and explore what feels good for you. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you're warmly welcome. No experience or flexibility is needed, just a willingness to arrive as you are.
