Flow & Restore

Flow & Restore brings together the two sides of yoga I love most. We’ll begin with around 20 minutes of flowing, vinyasa-inspired movement designed to build strength, create space in the body and get everything moving. From there, we’ll slow things right down with around 30 minutes of yin-inspired stretching, mindful breathwork and deep relaxation. Think movement first, exhale second. You’ll leave feeling stronger, softer and a little more grounded than when you arrived. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice. There’s no expectation to be flexible or experienced. You’re simply invited to come as you are. Everything you need for class will be waiting for you in the studio. 2026 Welcome Oasis members are welcome to bring their Welcome Oasis mat with them. A little studio housekeeping Doors open 10 minutes before class, giving you time to settle into the space. Doors will be locked when class begins, so please arrive in plenty of time. Unfortunately I can’t accommodate late arrivals once we have started. If this is your first Welcome Oasis class, you’ll receive a New Student Form with your registration email. Please complete this before coming along. One year on, I’m so excited to be opening the doors a little wider and beginning this next chapter of Welcome Oasis with you.
