Prenatal Yoga

This class is centred around building strength throughout pregnancy while reminding you that your body is incredibly strong and capable. We’ll move through a gentle yet empowering practice with plenty of thoracic spine mobility to help release tension and create space as your body changes. We’ll also explore simple but effective breathing techniques, including 360° breathing, and learn about the connection between relaxing the jaw and releasing the pelvic floor. These are beautiful tools to support you throughout pregnancy and into birth. Above all, this is time to slow down and celebrate this unique season of your life. Pregnancy asks so much of you, and this class is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and embrace the incredible transformation into motherhood. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded and ready for a wonderful night’s sleep.
