About this event
An opportunity to relax and recharge supported by the sound and vibration of crystal bowls. Lie on a yoga mat on the floor (or sit if more comfortable) and I will gently guide you in to a state of relaxation before playing the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls to support your complete relaxation. In this state your body has a chance to restore and repair itself as needed, and this will be different for everybody. You will be gently guided out of the session before continuing with your day, hopefully feeling refreshed and recharged. Please note that this is not suitable for pregnant people or pacemaker wearers. If you have any questions please do ask before booking.
