Sleep Hypnosis

Join us for a group hypnosis session and experience the deepest relaxation in the comfort of our Sleep Zone. Christin's group hypnosis session offers you one hour of the deepest relaxation in the comfort of a small group of like-minded people. Lying in our peaceful Sleep Zone with soothing background music, you will embark on a journey into your subconscious mind which is more open and receptive to the positive changes you desire. With your conscious mind calm and still, it is much easier to achieve those desired goals. This session will help you relax deeply, improve your sleep and mental wellbeing and is the perfect way to spend an hour of self-care. We will provide a wonderfully comfortable bed, pillow and blanket, but please bring a water bottle. The Venue The session will take place in the Sleep Zone at the back of our Knutsford Showroom. Our Sleep Zone is an area where you can try out our range of mattresses, toppers and beds within a calm, secluded space, with screens to give you privacy, and sounds & scents offering a multi-sensory sleep experience. About Christin "I started my journey to become a qualified lifecoach in 2018 after going through a challenging time in my personal life and found it difficult to get the help that I really needed from my GP. During my course to become a life coach I found my passion in working with the subconscious mind and so trained to become an NLP practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist. I have since helped clients discover their values, needs and goals in life and guide them on their journeys to reach their full potentials, break unhealthy habits and generally start living calmer, peaceful and happier lives."
