Studio Sound Bath Experience – Relax, Restore & Rebalance

As you lie comfortably, the sound gently washes over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your body back into balance. This is your time to fully switch off from the outside world and enter a deep state of relaxation. The session is guided by Andrew Elson, Master Sound Practitioner and founder of Shaman’s Rest, known for delivering powerful and grounding sound journeys.
