This gentle, low-pressure gathering is your dedicated space to release physical tension, quiet a busy mind, and reconnect with a supportive local community. Whether you are feeling burnt out, holding stress in your body, or simply longing for a quiet morning of self-care, this circle offers a safe, welcoming sanctuary to rest and reset. WHAT TO EXPECT: • Gentle Somatic Release & Movement: Slow, restorative stretches to melt away physical tightness and release held tension without exertion, gentle yoga and mindful embodied movement. • Immersive Crystal Sound Bath: Lie back, wrap yourself in a blanket, and let the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls guide you into a state of deep, effortless relaxation. • Guided Reflection & Sacred Circle: Space to pause, reflect, and share (only if you wish to- zero pressure to speak and share). • Hot Drinks & Treats: We will close our morning together with warm herbal teas, delicious treats, and time for unhurried connection. WHAT TO BRING: • Comfortable clothes you feel good to move and relax in... • A water bottle • A journal or notebook and pen if you like to jot down your thoughts IMPORTANT VENUE & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION: • Experience Level: Open to all women. No prior experience with yoga or sound baths is necessary. • Accessibility: Please note the venue is located on the first floor via a set of stairs, with no lift access available. • Health Declaration: A brief health declaration and waiver form to be completed prior to attending (available at www.thewellnessspace.co).
