Participants will gain essential knowledge to help maintain high standards of food safety in the workplace. 1-Day Award in Food Safety for Catering Course – Level 2 Highfield Dates: 10th September and 22nd October Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm Location: The Courtroom at Urban HQ, 37 Orchard Street, Swansea SA1 5AJ Description: This course focuses on the critical principles of food safety, including: · The importance of personal hygiene for food handlers · Keeping work areas clean and hygienic · Protecting food products to ensure safety Participants will gain essential knowledge to help maintain high standards of food safety in the workplace. Important Details: The course is free to attend but requires participants to: · Provide valid ID · Be aged 19 or over and living in Wales · Non-UK citizens must supply their BRP/Visa card · Participants must not be on an apprenticeship at the same time Please inform us of any additional learning requirements at the time of booking.
