About Martin Martin Jones is the son of Castell Howell co-founders Brian and Elizabeth Jones. He joined the business in 2002, initially working as a lorry driver before progressing through the ranks to become Director of Transport Operations. Throughout his journey, Martin gained valuable exposure and experience across multiple areas of the business, from product manufacturing to new-build project management. This broad understanding of operations has helped shape his leadership approach and strategic outlook. Martin’s vision for the future is to continue growing the Castell Howell brand while remaining true to its core values: supporting local communities and businesses, investing in people, promoting sustainable local supply chains, and delivering the highest standards of products and customer service in the industry.
