Reset & Intentions

A gentle new year reset evening centred around intention setting, realistic wellbeing and nervous system support. 🌿 Reset & Intentions Shake it off. Set your intentions. Relax. It's simple, memorable and tells people exactly how the evening will feel. I'd even shape the website wording around those three stages: 💃 Shake It Off – Uplifting Movement with Alison Start the evening with gentle, energising movement and a little shaking to release tension, loosen up and leave some of the old year behind. 🌿 Set Your Intentions – Reflection & Mindful Journalling with Mandie Take time to think about what you really want from the year ahead. Through gentle prompts and journalling, we'll let go of what no longer feels right and create positive intentions for 2027 — without the pressure of New Year's resolutions. 🎶 Relax – Sound Journey with Mandie Then there's nothing left to do. Get cosy, close your eyes and allow yourself to completely switch off as you're immersed in a deeply relaxing journey of sound and vibration. Shake it off. Set your intentions. Relax. Start 2027 with a little less pressure and a little more you. 💚
