Designed as a mini Sunday retreat, this journey guides you through thoughtfully curated practices to help you decompress, drop into deep relaxation and gently integrate before heading back into the world. What to Expect • The Arrival & Transition: Step out of the crisp November air and drop into our cosy welcome lounge with a warm tea infusion, intention setting and time to shed the outside world. • The Sound Journey: Lie back in our warm, candlelit sound sanctuary for a full acoustic immersion. Guided by therapeutic gong frequencies and ambient handheld instruments, you will enter a state of deep theta rest and mental clarity. A gift to take home will be waiting on your mat. • Integration & Grounding: Gently awaken and transition in our cosy post-session lounge. Enjoy space to reflect or connect and enjoy a complimentary snack before embarking on your journey home. Event Details • Date: Sunday 15th November • Location: Caswell House, Caswell Lane, Brize Norton, OX18 3NJ • Time & Duration: 2hrs, 17:00 – 19:00 • Ample Free Parking Onsite! The closest train stations are Hanborough (11 miles) or Oxford (14.5 miles). A further journey from the station to Caswell House via taxi would be required. Time stops and body, mind and soul come together in a beautiful collective harmony” Good to know • Your body temperature can drop during a sound bath, so wear something warm in the colder months, but we do have underfloor heating! • Tea, water, snacks and take home gifts included from Brain Bombs, Sacred & Wild and Mogu • There is no dress code; wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel included as you are. • Meditation & sound healing are far less comfortable after a heavy meal, so please refrain from eating a heavy meal before the session Please note: Gong is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or if you are about to give birth, anyone with sound-induced epilepsy/seizures, anyone with a pace maker or anyone suffering from extreme mental health conditions.
