A full moon circle and sound journey to honour the Aries full moon, facilitated by Jade Leighton @soundbodysoul. Come and join Jade (Sound Body Soul) for a full moon circle and sound journey to honour the Aries full moon (actually full on Saturday 26th). This intimate experience is a beautiful way to give yourself some relaxation and rejuvenation and simply immerse in the healing power of sound and voice as you lay back and let the soothing vibrations wash over you. The sound experience will be the perfect opportunity to set an intention under the light of the moon. Whether you're looking to de-stress, unwind, or shift some energy - come along to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Spaces are limited, so please sign up here to reserve your spot. You will be lying down on a yoga mat for over an hour, so please do wear comfortable warm clothing and I recommend that you consider bringing the following: • Extra mat or blanket to provide extra cushioning • A blanket or thick scarf to keep you warm • Cushion/s, and a bolster if you have one to help you get super comfy • Eye mask • Journal and pen • Bottle of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated Please note, there is no parking at the property, so you will need to find a spot in the village - please ensure time is allocated for this. Arrival is 6:50pm, for a firm 7:00pm start. Looking forward to seeing you there!
