Only four sets are available so be quick to get yours now! . Yoga mats are provided along with a blanket, eye mask, water and cacao (prepared with oat milk or water, whichever you choose). So you can relax without any input. However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Doors open 5 minutes before to give you time to get a find your place and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also note that there is limited space in the car park, so please allow time to park on a nearby road and walk round, or where possible use public transport. .
