Mantra Meditation in Cork - a Guided Relaxation Evening

The lights are low, the music is soft, and there is nothing you need to do except arrive and relax. As the mantras begin, you can sing along or simply listen and let the sound wash over you. Little by little, the day falls away. The mind grows quiet, the shoulders drop, and a deep peace settles in. Then the music lifts. Voices join, the rhythm builds, and that stillness opens into joy: the kind that comes when a room full of people sing from the heart. By the end, you may find you have let go of more than you expected, and you go home lighter than you came. This is kirtan: the hearing and singing of sacred mantras, a living tradition passed down for over 500 years. No experience is needed and everyone is welcome.
