(Read more about cacao below) -We will share a small cup of cacao and set intentions, draw oracle guidance cards. -You will be guided with gentle breathwork and movement to drop out of your mind and into your body. -You will then lay down and be guided into a sound and sensory healing journey that resembles a sound meditation where all you have to do is relax and receive. - Music, sound healing and somatic healing touch will be used to support your relaxation and healing. - Please note the drinking of cacao is optional. No two sessions are ever the same, it all depends on what is alive and what wants to be moved through you at the moment. -The Sound Journey will be 75 minutes with time at end for integration and closing circle.
